When Greene’s aggressive illness begins affecting his coordination, he wonders if his fate will mirror those of his terminally ill patients.

When Dr. Lewis gets a distressing phone call from her niece, she races to New York to search for the child and her troubled sister.
20. The Letter Thursday May 2nd, 2002
Dr. Carter reads a letter from ailing Dr. Greene to the emergency-room staff; Dr. Weaver lashes out at a mentally challenged patient; a terminally ill, homeless man continues asking for Greene’s help.
